Baby favorites at 3 months

I'm loving seeing what products other new mommies-to-be and mommies are choosing for their little ones so I thought I'd periodically update our latest finds and favorites. These products have been highly loved in our home from month 2 on.

Tommee Tippee Closer to Nature milk feeding bibs
These bibs are awesome, especially for bottle feeds. I mentioned in the setting our routine post that we've opted to have me pump during one feed a day while Peter feeds her pumped milk and these bibs are superb during those feeds because the "dribble catcher" causes the bib to sit right up against her neck keeping her skin and clothes dry. Perfect.

The only problem I've seen with them is that they Velcro closed in the back, which typically wouldn't be an issue but this Velcro is super strong and catches on the bib itself rather often making it look worn. Other than that it really does do its job and we're quite grateful for it!

Bright Starts Start Your Senses plush pal
This little fellow has quickly become a favorite in our house. We haven't used it on her car seat when we're strolling through a store yet, but she loves it during play time. The black and white draws her attention and then the little pops of color along with the hanging toys keep her entertained.

Mirrors
I've mentioned before that Brynlee loves mirrors. She loves seeing the "pretty little girl" in them and giving her a big ol' smile. Cheap entertainment-score!

Bright Starts Pretty in Pink rattle and shake barbell
When we registered we opted to keep as many of the toys, linens, and activity pieces (pack n' play, bouncer, etc.) as gender neutral as possible so that the majority of our things could be used for other children as well. However, for Valentine's Day I picked up this girlie rattle at Walmart for $2.00 and it is by far her favorite toy yet. She just loves it!

Board books
Being an elementary education major and having a special place in my heart for early childhood I know the power of books. I absolutely love having story time with Brynlee and hearing her Daddy read her his childhood favorites. To be honest I didn't see the necessity of having children's books in the board book version, but she loves them..so I'm officially sold.

Baby Girl, we can't wait to see what you start loving next! Thank you for letting us love on you every day!
